The "MANUFACTURER", NOT THE SELLER, was unwilling to work with me on the defective item. The seller was willing to accept as a return. To avoid shipping charges for both parties I fixed the climbing stick myself with a drill and bit. Fully functional now. 1st photo is correct placement, second is the misdrilled. 3 and 4 are fixed item.

I purchased a set from Amazon at a cost of almost $80 and advised the seller to indicate in their description of the printer that it does not come with toner. They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.
