Fast portable durable storage
It's about the size of a credit card, slightly thicker than an iPhone, and weighs about the same as a few disposable ballpoint pens. Also, it looks cool. I'm using it as a bootable clone drive for my MacBook Air. The initial full drive copy took maybe half an hour for around 130GB of data, and a "smart update" (copying over any files that are new or changed) takes less than 10 minutes. It doesn't get hot, and I can continue to work while the backup is running. Until usb flash drives are reliable enough to use that way I'll be sticking with this tiny SSD.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

It doesn't work with my Dell
My Dell Inspiron 7537 will not connect with it. It seems to work with everything else but not mine. Samsung states it is not their problem and Dell can not find anything wrong on their end. I had such high hopes for this SSD for moving large files such as movies between devices but it looks like that is not going to happen now. It feels solid, but only time will tell if will hold up. My application is limited whereas I made a mirror image backup of my PC, and this SSD will be put in safe storage (not used for future scheduled backups). That said, it was very easy to used, and Windows (7 and 10) backup had no problem finding it and downloading data. After establishing your password you may need to reformat the SSD device properties (fat to nstf). I expect prices will go down and it will be a better value.
