Taking it to a person at the counter is safer- more accurate shipping and tracking. Seller was responsive, but shipping was a poorly handled snafu for the purchaser. Product arrived completely dead and needed a charge which indicates the seller does not test their products or accept returns so beware.

    One of the better rebuilds I have bought

    This controller is exactly as it should be and controls well aside from one issue I have faced. It's perfect for platformers and such but for fps games the stick sensitivity curve is too high. There is no gradient to the inputs and it results in having no micro control while aiming. I love the controller and if it was a little more forgiving on the linear input of the joysticks I'd give it 5 stars.

    Are these genuine Sony PS4 controllers?

    Controller works, however the battery life is less than 3 hours - lower than expected for a new controller. Also had issues with connection after turning on PS4 with this controller: PS4 starts but then controller does not connect and "white" light remains on touch pad until controller times out. Also frequently receive message from PS4 indicating "Dualshock batter is low" despite indicator showing 2 out of 3 bars. For the price, this is a decent back-up controller but not up to the same standard of any new PS4 controller that I have purchased from a store at $55-60.

    Great Product in a Great Color!

    I absolutely love the electric purple color on a Dualshock 4, it's one of my favorite if not my favorite color on a DualShock 4. Color asside, this second iteration of the Dualshock 4 is much better designed and built than the first one, primarily on the inside.

    PS4 Controller

    i am happy to recieve my controller. im just not happy whom you chose to have it delivered. the canada post guy didn't even deliver it to my house. He chose to put it outside a laundry mat across the street from my place. I'm just glad my neighbour who lives nextdoor to the laundry mat saw him put it there and chose to seewhom it belongeed to and brought it to my house. Other than that i would have given you 5 stars.

    Official controllers

    Official DualShock 4 ps4 controllers are the only route to go. Any off brand will not be accurate with the joysticks or buttons. Also, everyone loves the purple when they see it
