Lightweight and reasonably priced
Price was reasonable with free shipping. Lens is exactly as Tamron and reviews of this Tamron lens say it is. Is it the perfect zoom lens of this type? No! But for it's feature set and price point it is perfect enough for what I do. Too often photographers/videographers over-purchase their equipment, seldom or ever using all the toots-n-whistles, and over-spending extra money that could be better put to other essential accessories, etc. So yes, very happy with this purchase.

A solid performer
After getting shut out for the Sony lens I had been wanted, I discovered that this Tamron both covered the same range and was far easier and less expensive to obtain. I've been putting it tough its paces and it has performed as desired.
