    Well I asked to return the item before it even shipped and never got a response. It took over 2 weeks to receive the item due to post office issues but I kept getting a response that the shipping label was created an awaiting the item. When I received the esc it was just as described and upon further investigation of it, it's definitely trash and can't be fixed.
