    The product is great. My cat loves it and I hope it will help his kidney disease. But it is incredibly expensive and the shipping/customs time from Japan to the US is very very slow. The sellers were quick to reply when I asked them to track it for me (the tracking number never worked) and they weren't too sympathetic to my concern. Never-the-;ess it's a good product and they were responsive.
