    I THINK this is an off-center strike. Not sure. Maybe I will send it to ANACS to find out exactly what it is. Anyway, it got here in rapid fashion, for India. It was wonderfully packaged and a good value. The description may have been a little off, but I bought it based upon the picture, rather than the worded description. Regardless, it is a nice coin and I am glad I bought it.
