    We mailed the package on time. The weekend was in this. But we cannot help that the USPS IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY and that we are on the East coast and you are on the West coast. There was also bad weather in between. So that’s why it takes so long.

    Adding more context, I'm talking about shipping times, not the actual delivery. Order was placed on Wed 10AM, so there was Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat for shipping, yet it was mailed until Mon, 5 days later. Not sure why the seller clarification when my feedback was positive and honest :)

    Tech support is a nightmare

    I bought it to save on my telephone bill. My sister had one in 2016 and it worked really well. My main problem is after it was installed. It stopped receiving calls. I tried everything and resetting it and still had the same problem in my main reason for giving it such a low score is because tech supportis almost impossible to reach. I left my callback number and they did not even call me back, so that’s why I gave it a low score.

    A great product

    The entire purchase and the implementation of the Magic Jack was easy. The purchase part on Ebay was uneventful. Never a problem. The support team on the Magic Jack side was great. They worked with me where I was able to make outgoing calls with Magic Jack. 5 days and my home number was moved and I was fully working on my Magic Jack.
