An inexpensive item of $13 , they wanted me to do was run around refund through Ebay and return item.. when I pointed out that they had not rectified my problem they said they could not be confident in sending me another product as they feared they may make the same mistake again, so if they’re not confident in postage and handling, I wouldn’t be confident in them. I think they should’ve just sent the item to me
