The Nikon camera lens is a standard fixed focal length lens that is compatible with Nikon single lens reflex (SLR) cameras. In addition to being suitable for general photography, the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 60 mm f/2.8 G ED can also take high-quality close-up photos utilising its close-range correction system that ensures high resolution. The minimum focusing distance for the 60 mm f/2.8 lens is 18.5 cm, and the lens focuses both automatically and manually. In the M/A Focus mode, the users can switch between the two focusing options quickly. The Nikon camera lens consists of 12 elements in nine groups. One of these elements is the ED glass element that provides high contrast and resolution and minimises chromatic aberration. The 9-blade rounded diaphragm integrated in the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 60 mm f/2.8 G ED smoothly blends out-of-focus elements in the background. The 60 mm f/2.8 lens also has a nano-crystal coat for eliminating internal reflections and a super-integrated coating for reducing ghosting and flare.
