Don't knock it til you try it
Its does work, it keeps your cravings at bay. It is a bit intense at first and you might have a small coughing fit the first few times you use it (yes I did follow the instructions, spray it under your tongue) but you get used to it. With a bit of willpower you will definitely conquer your smoking addiction, that being said the whole "out of sight out of mind" helps too, I was doing well until I went to my visit my partner, who still smokes and I gave into it a few times, but definitely not nearly as much as I did before (pack a day smoker). Give it a go, it's not cheap but it's definitely not as costly as cigarettesIts does work, it keeps your cravings at bay. It definitely helps to stop.smoking .but also can give you the caving for this spray. . But on the whole I would say it's better than smoking . And a little bit cheaper if you want to work it out 15 pounds uk for 120 squirts..and you end up taking 2 quirts each time and often.

Use cautiously
This product is not available for sale in the USA, but I found that it stops my "craving" instantly. I have been seriously trying to quit smoking for about 25 years & this has helped. But in the last 4 years I decided to find out why it wasn't sold in the USA. There is nothing on the internet that I could find, so I kept buying it through the UK. Now, we go to 1999 - 2022... Suddenly I get covid before it's found in the USA (I'm in Seattle where the first USA cases were found.) This is right after Christmas 1999. I can't breathe, too tired to get out of bed, can't hold my head up, low grade fever constant dry cough. My doctor says " flu.." Gives me a new inhaler, but I still have a really, really hard time walking to the bathroom, let alone anything else. . But, to the future, I ran out ... These are so much better than gum or lozenges - the hand to mouth part of the ritual is well satisfied using these sprays, and that seems to make them more effective than patches.
