    This is a nice flat iron, but my hair slips through the plates very easily especially on the bottom edge, so I need to use 2 hands to keep it closed tightly. I can't say for sure if I will be keeping it...I need to work with it some more.

    A defective hair straightener- a waste of money & time!

    I received a defective hair straightener. Turns on fine, heats up, then if I move the straightener, it also moves the electrical cord of course, then it shuts off immediately. I turn it back on, and try to straighten my hair, again it shuts off immediately. Manual says that temperature blink until it heats up, which it did, then once a desired temperature is reached, it suppose to be on a few minutes. In my case, I pick up the straightener after it heats up, then it shuts off and cools off quickly!!! Impossible to keep it warm, due to the electrical issue in the cord. The product was defective. Not happy dealing with re-packing, printing labels, and packaging again. I have a video recording available to proof this issue. I am sure it works, not in my case. Not one star, if possible- there ...

    Great product

    It’s a great product and I’m happy that it works. I tested on my hair and it performed the perfect curl. It was packaged great and the box was taped close. But when I open the box there was an overwhelming cigarette smell. There was also hair sticking out part of the heating blades on the hot iron. I was able to get the hair out with some tweezers. When I did plug up the straightening iron it did smell like burnt hair. Hopefully the smell will go away. Over all happy

    Hair straightener

    Arrived way sooner than expected which I was happy about! It’s very pretty! Love the color the feel of it but as soon as it was ready to be used it smelled like burnt (I didn’t like that) glides okay through my hair felt a bit roughOve I like it, don’t love it but it gets the job done! Thanks!
