Was shipped inside inadequate shipping materials: literally an empty cereal box with barely any padding. This may have resulted in the damage to the cases, which arrived with plastic broken off of the hinges and flying around inside of the cases. If the free flying plastic caused the scratches, this shows the packing was done irresponsibly. Incredibly disappointed.
