    Cost almost as much to ship....

    A few months ago I bought an OptiPlex 3020 without realizing the differceses in the 3 models. Turns out it has only 2 DIMM slots and PCIe 2nd gen. So, I got this 7020 MT with the idea of moving stuff over, which I did. I am very impressed the OptiPlex line. I setup the 3020 for my grandson to use when he was visiting this summer. He spent all of his spare time playing on it. The 7020 Barebones now has 16GB of ram, a 512GB SATA SSD, a 1TB 7200 RPM HHD and a Quadro P1000 GPU. I installed WIn 10 Pro 21H1 and it validated without issue. For software I installed LibreFree and GIMP. Which allows me to pretty much what I need. I print to an Epson color printer that is shared over WiFi. I use it as a 2nd computer and for most use I can't tell the difference between it and my i9-10850.
