    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

    Perfect Smart Lock

    This is a well made deadbolt with the ease of smart sense an app control! Easy to install an set up is a breeze. We love it an easy to use for family to enter the home an provides extra security for the little ones just tall enough to reach the door handle. Has alarm that sounds when opened , closed or anyone just touches the door. Very pleased!

    good looking lock

    I mistakenly bought this thinking it was a smart lock...my bad. However it does work very easy and eliminates the need for a key if that's what you're aiming for. Its appearance is stellar when paired with the matching door handle.

    Schlage Sense Deadbolt Lock

    We love this lock. We are Technology leary of installing automatic everything, but we really love the features this lock has to offer. Like the vacation suspension of codes, which allows you to suspend ANY codes on the lock while you are gone to prevent hackers hacking your lock while you are gone. Also love that it has a "key" back up. My phone did not charge overnight so it was dead in the morning, but I was still able to manually lock the door before heading off to work. Love, love, love this lock!! Installation was somewhat easy for me, as I am NOT mechanically inclined. Plus I had to call Schlage for some minor programming help, which I found the representative to be delightfully pleasent to talk with. She recommended the WIFI lock which my answer to her was "Baby Steps"! LOL
