    Game of the Decade

    I hardly ever play new games anymore because I grew up in the NES, SNES, PS1, and PS2 era when games were released in a complete format and could be considered art. I feel that games nowadays are about sending messages through how pretty they look and often drop the gameplay that made them fun, but something about Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 caught my eye, and boy, am I glad it did. This may sound cheesy, but the last time I felt this kind of magic from a game was from "The Last Story" in 2012, so something like this was LONG overdue for me! I've heard a lot of people saying this is a likely contender for "Game of the Year," but I would go as far as saying this is my game of the last decade. Anyone in the industry who wants to make a decent RPG needs to take notes from Sandfall because ...
