Hailing from Orlando, Florida, Matchbox 20 play heartfelt, melodic rock distinguished by emotive vocals and unforgettable hooks. Driven by the singing and songwriting of Ron Thomas, the group played the local club scene, opening for Hootie & the Blowfish, Letters to Cleo and others before coming to Lava's attention. The album arrived in a plastic padded envelope with NO cardboard supports on either side, however it was miraculously undamaged and I was SO RELIEVED!! When I first saw that envelope, I was immediately scared at what condition it may be in. I had to cut open (carefully) the plastic padded envelope to get out the double LP album as it was in there very very tight. It’s amazing it wasn’t damaged! Please use record mailers for records!
