I contacted seller and they apologized, refunded me and suggested several things to do with the book after allowing me to keep it. I have gone ahead and ordered a hardcover from the same seller.     This a great addition to my collection. I collect books on the American cowboy. I study the differences from the late 1800's to modern day . I especially look at the boots, spurs and differences in range wear. This book is valuable in establishing timelines.
