    Social and Military History contained in short eye witness accounts.

    This book was selected by Jo Brand as her favourite book on a BBC TV show about books. Eye witness accounts of events in history, covering more than 200 years. Most accounts are just 2-3 pages long. Great for dipping into and giving a mixture of Social and Military history.
