    I didn’t get the normal notification from eBay to say it’s been delivered to my collection point. I contacted the seller who then tried to say it was my fault for not messaging them beforehand as they didn’t know it was a collection point. This is the only seller I’ve come across who doesn’t use tracking so will not be using again and can’t recommend. I visited the collection point and luckily they had my item.

    I got feedback from the collection point which is a local newsagent and the reason I didn't get the notification was because the seller didn't put the eCP code on the address label so this was clearly the sellers fault.
