      The coat arrived nicely packaged, however upon opening it, it was clear that the sizing as described in the advert was incorrect. I sent a message, and a response came back immediately, they apologised and said that they would refund my money back to me, which they did immediately. I have since sent the coat back, however I appreciated their immediate responses, and understanding of my feedback. Great communication.
