The back of the frame is fully detached from the front, and the little metal clips which held it in place were busted off and were rattling around in the box, which makes me think that it broke during transit. The four pieces of the frame are also pretty loose, so I don't think the postal service did us any favors; I would have thought that the wrapping and packaging was sufficient.
