    I read the poor feedback before buying. Honestly it's hard to know how effectively it works. I'd been running 1x with a 10sp Record mech (ie. No clutch) and dropped the chain once. Before fitting the tensioner, I swapped to 9sp xt (still no clutch) and haven't dropped a chain since and shifting is great. Easy to fit. Does it work? Who knows. Will I buy another? Probably.

    I read the poor feedback before buying. Honestly it's hard to know how effectively it works. I'd been running 1x with a 10sp Record mech (ie. No clutch) and dropped the chain once.
