My kids love it. It is very detailed from pumps to snack store to even alarm bell; however, it keeps falling apart so I have to keep putting together for the kids. It gives us time to build it and rebuild it together.

When I was 5 years old in 1959 I played with a Marx Service Station. To buy a fairly complete one today would cost hundreds of dollars. But for less than $25 I now have this EXCELLENT Chevron station, and it provides me the SAME nostalgia value!

This is one of the best gas stations that I have ever seen. For details it matches if not passes anything for sale in the model railroad area of kits. This would make a great gift for any young person, or anyone you might know that collects 1/64 scale diecast vehicles. It goes together snapping all the parts in place and has a great set of stickers to apply that bring the station to life. The food mart is totally assembled already for you with the shelves filled with snacks to get the day going. There is a blue square button on the top of the food mart that opens the sliding glass doors on the front. When completed you have a modern gas station that you may see on any busy corner in the USA.
