I am OK with sending things by letter, but it took three times longer than the estimated time. It did arrive in the expected amount of time after I complained. Maybe forgot to mail it. The Good. Items were as described. I’ll stick with this supplier because he’s one of the few who carries genuine 3M products.
The Bad. Sent by USPS First Class rather than Priority Mail (as indicated in first email and on order detail page). Requested tracking number twice with no reply. Now I know why, since there was no tracking number. Package took 8 days to arrive in Wyoming from Alabama.
Great products at good prices. Just needs to communicate a little better.
