Prompt shipping, new item as described. There was one critical moment which is not related directly to the seller but rather pump manufacturer Askoll, Italy. The pump's chamber has insertable chamber splitter which you screw into it. It looks outside of washer for periodic checks and service. Found a leak on the back of washer through that splitter plug's rubber O-ring. The dimension of the new splitter plug was slightly longer than old one's. I installed the part from old pump. No more leaks.

The part is exactly as advertised. This is a very fragile part and the packaging was excellent. The price was great as well with some suppliers charging four times as much. Fast shipping too.

Price was reasonable, shipping was quick, but packing left a lot to be desired. It arrived in a padded envelope, and it was broken into two pieces. I contacted the seller and sent them a photo of the broken elbow, and they quickly refunded me. Nice folks to do business with, even though the item arrived broken.
