I purchased these earrings with the hope of turning my post earrings into dangling earrings. It would appear that whoever designed these never tried to use them. Once you have a post earring attached, the lever will no longer open up enough to get it onto your ear. So as far as I can tell, they are unusable. I don't recommend these.
