Following merchant suggestions, I bought a second item since the original (1st order) was never received. I asked Ebay to step in and, because the merchant provided a tracking number... he is entitled to 34 days in total to give more time for the item to reach it's customer.
I bought the a second item understanding I would receive a full refund for the 1st order.
Regarding Ebay's policy of "we got you covered"... the offer "a policy" but changed it giving a ridiculous additional time. Sad.
