I own a couple of large watches that won't pass airport security as they are too big and heavy. The Casio is the way a fine watch used to be made at a price that can't be beat. It's not tiny nor big as in huge either. Perfect for a nice evening out or dressy affair. The face is a very pleasant parchment like hue which goes well with the gold case and brown band.

I have been a fan of numeral faced watches ever since I bought my first Seiko back in 71. I still have that watch. Any way this watch looks good on my wrist and is very light. I wasn't sure about the off white color of the dial, but will learn to live with it. The stem pulls out stiff, which is the it should be and won't pull off. I have always wondered why they put the date and day on the right side as to maybe putting one on the left, or at the bottom, of which I have seen. For the most part the leather band is okay, but I won't wear this to work or around the house as in I will only wear it during special days. I have had problems with some leather bands getting wet from perspiration and then coming loose from the attaching pin. I wish the dial would have been iridescent, but no.. All I can is this is a nice looking watch and keeps good time. a watch is a watch and either you like it or don't.Read full review
