    Fleetwood Mac Love that Burns(Blues years)

    The Blues boom was a part of my life Peter Green and Co we're excellent exponents of the genre. I love the cover of Talk to me Baby(Elmore James) along with self penned tracks along with a nice live second disc.

    Great Album all round

    This is a very good album back to the days when Fleetwood Mac was nothing but a Blues/Rock band. Back to the days with Peter Green & Danny Kirwin. All the usual requirements one would need to listen to this album in all its glory. It Pity Jigsaw Puzzle Blues was not on this compilation. Nevertheless, quite a great album. We need many more albums like this one

    Great rocking blues

    I had to review this to redress the balance after the only other reviewer described it as (apart from Albatross) ‘just a noise’. What a total numpty! This is a great collection of Fleetwood Mac’s recordings from the days when they featured the brilliant Peter Green as well as the excellent Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer. Peter Green is (in my humble opinion) by far the best electric blues guitarist the world has ever heard, and yes, I’ve listened to, and enjoyed all those classic guys that influenced him. A great soulful singer too. The blues is all about feeling and on all of his recordings with Fleetwood Mac PG had it in spades. It would be a shame if the ignorance displayed in the other review put anyone off discovering this great band. Don’t hesitate, if you love the blues, you won’t ...

    Early Fleetwood Mac in cd

    This is a great collection of the Peter Green era, up to and including Albatross. It reminded me of my vinyl "Man of the World " album up in the attic.
