I usually get my ears flushed out almost every year at the doctor's.. Im one of those ppl who produces a lot of ear wax.. they say it's a genetic thing. Anyway.. this ear syringe flushes out the build up very well. Of course with some help with debrox drops, days before. I'd recommend it

I have been using the rubber squeeze bulbs for years and wanted something stronger. The description for this sounded like something so powerful, so unique. I had to have it. I have been rather disappointed with it from the start. Its weak, the water streams in three very weak paths, it holds little water, and its difficult to get it aimed correctly. I will look elsewhere for something that works.

With the same "success" you can use warm water from your shower head or faucet. Does not works. I thought that there is some special wax cleaning liquid inside the box. Nop, I was wrong. Only syringe and funny head. $8.50 for piece of plastic is too much in my opinion.

Didn't notice capacity. Looked larger in picture, but was able to swap the ear tip over to a plastic syringe, turkey baster, from Walmart. Took needle off large syringe. Replaced with ear piece tip.

I had tried the commercial drops with no success. Used glycerin to soften compacted wax, then used the syringe with complete success.
