      Disappointed

      I bought this book because I love Madhur Jaffrey's original cookook which I had back in the 80s and I wanted her definitive recipes for all the well known curries. I was disappointed in this book because it is Anglisized - no indian names at all for nearly all the recipes. Unfortunately this does not inspire me to try any of them and I will probably pass the book on.
