This assembly came very quickly and timely, my dryer had stopped working about a week prior and I was spending way too much time running to the Laundromat. Was planning on calling in the tech to fix it, but decided to watch a DIY video for this assembly. Glad I did, it was SO easy to fix, I know I would have been upset at myself for not fixing it after watching the tech replace it. It took me a total of about 45 minutes to disassemble, take the old assembly out and put in the new one. We didn't realize how much the performance of our dryer had degraded over the years. I can now do a load of towels and dry them in 45 minutes vs. 60 minutes before my dryer broke. If you have the same issue, please do yourself a favor and replace it yourself. Buy a multimeter if you don't have one, Youtube the video and fix it yourself.Read full review

Shipping was fast... thank you. Installed part and worked great for two days then started blowing cold again. Ohm'd out the heating element... good. Thermistor showed OL (open line)... BAD. Had to canabalized part from old unit. It's drying the clothes again but quality seems to be an issue...

The part was extremely clean and easy to install. It looked better than the picture. I was very impressed and happy to finally get what I expect. There's not enough words to describe the perfection at its best.

Dryer quit heating and after reviewing how to fix it online and realized how easy it was I did it myself and saved a ton of money. Instead of changing components within the element I decided to buy the entire element assembly. Took about 20 minutes once I got started and now my dryer works great again. Make sure you clean your entire dryer exaust while your at it. Piece of cake. Do it!
