    Fifty shades trilogy

Honestly, I bought the series hoping that it would explain the movie. (Nothing will explain the movie, the actress was flat..)anyway, I should've read the book and skipped the movie. The writer paints a perfect picture. The plot flows well. If you require spoon-fed reading, this isn't for you.

  • The characters are compelling

In the 50s reading Lady Chatterly's Lover was scandales. This reminds me of that. I am interested in Ana's character and her development. Her thoughts take me back (many many) years to when I was her age.

  • Mind blowing

This book is a real page Turner! I couldn't put it down. I had no idea what I was into until reading this book! Now I'm going to turn my spare bedroom into a "play room"

  • Incredibly boring and completely predictable.

Another instance where "hype" exceeds content. I bought this book to bring with me on a vacation as a light read...ended up leaving it at the hotel because it was something I'd never read again.
