It is simply a well designed cookware collection. They look magnificent, feel solid and sturdy, and cooking abilities are seriously enhanced using this quality cookware. This is my first GOOD pan. It is stable and heats evenly. Also very easy to clean. Mine did not come with a lid :( but the pan is excellent. I waited a very long time to buy this nice pan but would have done better if I had just gone ahead and bought it years before. If you crave a good quality pan don't wait.
