    Expiry date

    These tablets only have 4 weeks life before out of date, I've already started a bottle which means this bottle will be out of date before I can complete them, waste of my money will not buy from here again.

    A source of an important probiotic bacterium

    Over the last few years, the value of a select range of bacteria are important not only for gut health but, it turns out, general health too. Alflorex provides one of the key bacteria which is missing in most probiotics. I have used it now for some two years and it does seem to work.

    Last ditch hope

    Was given 2 months supply samples by my gastro as he discharged as unable to provide any answered for my IBSC but it can take up to 6 months to see an effect I will try as there isn’t any other help available after being sacked by nhs as there is nothing more they can do for me to help
