    Inexpensive Tailgate Security

    The Bully tailgate lock is a way to prevent the tailgate from being stolen, period. I have read about the increase of thefts and decided to get this lock. It is made from the same stuff as the original handle. The installation was straight forward. I would recommend this to anyone looking to hang on to their tailgate. Think about your tailgate being taken by someone for scrap metal...A no brainer, save yourself the grief and hang on to your tailgate. The only downside, the handle was new and so shiny I had to wash my truck ! Just kidding, no downside. Inexpensive security that might save you hundreds in the cost to replace your tailgate.

    Plastic handle breaks easily in warm waether

    Bully doesnt mean its a tough product. This is the second one I have bought in two years! It wasnt even cold when the handle broke. Mostly Made of plastic. Only reason I purchased it again, it was the only one that locked. Pain in the ass to replace when the bifoold tonneau cover is latched.

    Good product, good price.

    Bought this for my son’s ‘03 Dodge Ram. It was a perfect fit, easy to install, and seems to be of like quality of the OEM part it replaced. Yes, it is plastic, but so is the OEM handle, and if you know anything about old Dodge trucks, the tailgate handle is not an issue, unlike the dash or recirculating air doors. This product was what we needed at a great price. Instructions were easy to follow and there were videos on YouTube to reference. I recommend.
