The printer broke after just 6 weeks. Very frustrating, however once I was able to get in contact with the seller and let him know the insurance was only going to provide for a small, cheap alternative, he immediately said he would send out a replacement. Great customer service. I did try to contact him first but ebay wouldn t let me so perhaps they should open the window for more than 30 days. It all worked out and while I ended up with a lemon, I appreciate the sellers response & replacement
