    BE WARY OF THIS SELLER Item was listed as “New”, arrived obviously VERY “Used” (see pics). Told me he “Inspects every item before shipping”. Seller first made excuses then turned nasty and obtuse, suggesting I was attempting to scam him. His ad says “No Returns Accepted “ so I gave him a chance to make good but he insisted I go through the “return process “ because of the eBay Guarantee”. I got suckered by his low, low price and would never deal with this him again.
