    Great DVD - for the Beginner to the Advanced

    This is a great DVD but since I am just at the beginner stage I will definitely have to work myself gradually to the advanced stage. At least there are different levels. Jillian Michaels is the instructor you want to look for to get the results you want and it is so nice not to have to go to a gym! Great purchase!

    Jilian Michaels Ripped in 30

    Like all the Jillian Michaels' videos that I have, this one is definitely a good workout. There are four programs on this one. I've done the first two, and it may be awhile before I try the third and fourth. I'm looking forward to building up to three and four. Great video!
