      Simple, Small, Excellent Performance

      I already own two Compressors from Wampler and TC Electronics. I favored the TC one because of the adjustable options available through the TonePrint port. Although the TC Electronics served me well, I always heard great things about Xotic. I love the size of the pedal and when I saw a decent offer on eBay, I pulled the trigger. All I can say is... WOW! This pedal truly lives up to the great reviews it has received. It is very easy to find THAT sound you want with this pedal. I didn't even need to crack open the box to get to the other adjustments. The pedal is quiet, quite sturdy and is capable of getting as much or as little compression you need. It has replaced the TC Electronics Hypergravity compressor (really have to start selling off the pedals I no longer use!) Of note, based on ...

      Great pedal, and a steal of a demo deal!

      Wasnt sure what to expect as it was a demo, but it in pristine condition. Saw no signs of wear at all and functions beautifully. Great value, especially when I was able to add an eBay $5 off coupon to nab it for $85. As far as the pedal itself, I've just started scratching the surface of what it can do, but am very pleased that so far I am getting good tones out of it, especially when it comes to sustain. I tried a Dynacomp and a Joyo compressor, neither delivered like this. Very happy!

      Clarity and minimalism at it's finest

      This pedal is one of my favourite purchase on my pedal board. Its minimalistic functionality helps me focus on what matters. Producing great tone! I was really impressed by the clarity it provided using a Gibson Les Paul studio into a Egnater Rebel 30. My sound is already quite mid-focused with humbuckers and amp... yet the blend feature and toggle switch helps to achieve that perfect amount of compression without it sounding to squishy...etc.

      Try n buy used gear.

      Take your time with it. Get to know it. I did and I really like it now. Something that i wasn't expecting with this pedal is how well it helps my clean tone when I split my humbuckers into singles. It just fills out that kinda whimpy sound when switching between the two. And it doesnt overdrive the humbuckers either. Its the first compressor Ive owned or used and I guess it took about half hour to find the settings I liked that worked with my rig. Its built like a tank and its small as but can still run off a 9v battery. Very cool!
