- r***a (627)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseFittings go on hose very tightly, and require serious torque to make-up all the way. Lubricate well to prevent thread galling. 3/4" and 1" BSP fittings require a lot of force to get barb in far enough for threads to engage; and tend to unscrew ferrule from hose when nearing final make-up. Had to hold ferrule and hose together to prevent hose unscrewing from ferrule. I do not expect any issues from these fittings, unlike several "professional" swaged fittings I have had fail.
