Product as described, delivery and coms good. For anyone interested; I replaced a petrol outboard motor with the 45lb thrust electric model - the electric gives just a fraction below the performance of the 4 stroke 2.5hp motor in terms of top end speed on our inflatable dingy. If starting from scratch you may also like to purchase: ~100Ah (2 hrs run time?) battery + leads, Anderson plug (weather proof) connectors, battery isolator and inline fuse, and a small solar panel to charge the battery.

Very fast response to order, despatch and delivery with very good communication at all stages. Polystyrene packaging was crushed and broken in battery area but no apparent damage to items. Package was delivered to R V reception area and was standing on end - not flat as indicated . Do not know who placed it but doubt reception staff would have moved itbafter delivery. Comment only - Item description omits word ümbrella - was fully aware of what I was purchasing.

We purchased this based on the photos shown on the ebay store. Unfortunately the cover didn't have the straps attached. Upon messaging the seller we were sent a replacement without having to return the cover. Again, the covers were missing the straps. We messaged the seller again and within hours they were looking into the manufacturer. We have since received a refund. Whilst the product wasnt what we wanted, the seller was quick to deliver and sort out the issue!!! Thats a positive for me!!
