    The Stanglers Greates Hits 1977-1990

    After hearing "Golden Brown" in the movie "Snatch", my interest in the Stranglers was rekindled. This is a nice compilation that saves me the trouble of digging through my record collection. "Golden Brown", "Always the Sun" and "No Mercy" are highlights while covers of the classic "96 tears" and the Kink's "All of the day and all of the night" are also included. This C.d. offers enough variety to hold your interest through its entirety and is a great one to have on while house cleaning. More pop than punk with just enough edge.

    Golden Oldies

    Mainly bought it for the "Golden Brown" single. However, the rest of the CD has some very good songs as well. Well worth the price.

    stranglers greatest hits 1977-19990

    i decided to buy this because this band were different with every song they did throughout this cd,i had it before but the cd got scratched and i searched everywhere for it and only found it on ebay. this wide ranging talented group can go from from soft to rock in seconds and make it feel natural ,there is truely no-one like them
