Superb value for the price. Worth getting just for Der Freischütz & Invitation to the Dance, one of my favourite overtures. As usual strong sound from the Berlin Phil wind players, brass on Der Freischütz & woodwind on Peter Schmoll (another well above average piece) & Invitation to the Dance.Oberon & Abu Hassan also well worth listening to. Weber is a favourite composer of mine and probably overlooked by being around in Beethoven s era.Look out for his 2 clarinet concertos for a good pric & BUY
