These boots arrived and after removing them from a plastic bag they were shipped in, they had a very harsh chemical smell. Contacted seller on my concern, was informed to set outside and let them air out, but did not address the reason why they smelled so bad? After several days, they have the chemical smell although it has dissipated some, not all. I’ve requested return but was informed they can’t provide a return label, and didn’t give me a address to send them back? Beyond frustrated.
