Great product and exactly as described. However, the delivery took over 3 weeks and when the product arrived the canvas was slightly soiled in few places. It appears that package was misshandelled at some stage by Aramex couriers.

Received promptly, packaging a bit damaged on outside but no damage to broom. I am sorry to say I feel it is very flimsy and does not work as good or as smooth as it shows in advertising video. Would have returned it for refund but by the time I paid for return postage it was not worth it.
