Missing parts on delivery of a new 100A charge controller. No reply when asked where is the parts as i CANT USE this CC, they reply asking for my email. How can i connect, YOU DIDNT SEND THE COMS AS PER THE AD PICTURE. I have lithium batteries which are selected via the app or pc (see attachment), not the display. VERY UNHAPPY, now what, i wait. To be honest, i want a refund and a working item.
