I purchased this item as to be brand new. I opened up the box after receiving to find the control arms badly based up and the damage was unexpected as it was boxed appropriately and was nit damaged. I emailed the seller who responded "Their not responsible" for shipping issues. �� really? wow. well after just 5mins of inspection I believe these items to either have been shipped to multiple customers and back. there is damage everywhere. the powder coat they Calimesa the use, doesn't gold up

All of the products that are shipped out from our warehouse are brand new. You kept emphasizing that you have a show car and the product was received with these minor paint chip on the arms. Once any suspension component that is used will have some wear and tear. We did pay for the insurance with the shipment. We can file a claim with the shipping company. We offered you to return (free returns) the kit for a full refund but you have denied to return the kit.

I ordered a 2pack however I only received one. Contacted seller said they would ship another. After 13 days still no package. Seller said USPS lost my package so they shipped another which ultimately took over 3 weeks and not in time for Xmas (it was part of a gift). Also, sellers communication is lacking a lot. I did end up getting my air freshener. The smell doesn't last very long and for the price it should.
