The smart lock itself even though refurbed looks as though its new, everything came with it that was needed and worked straight away. I've purchashed from this Anker outlet ebay store before as the eufy smart locks and the smart video doorbell lock are not available in UK. These locks work perfectly in the UK along with other US and UK eufy security products together and the smart locks work with the UK Homebase 2 & 3
